  • Ramen Sora has something that other ramen places don't... hot broth. I don't know how others feel about the temperature of their soup, but I like mine hot. I also prefer a spicy soup but I don't care for the spicy option at Sora. The broth and noodles are consistently delicious. The parking sucks. The seating is limited but the folks are friendly...well, at least I assume they are because they shout out greetings when we walk in. What they shout out is not in a language that I understand but I like to think they are saying something like Hello, welcome to our restaurant...could be - Oh man, more Yelpers, we gotta step up our game. Sora is one of my favorite ramen places, I would go more often if I lived closer and if others in my dining crew had my love of that hot broth.
