  • My girlfriend and I went here for brunch. The service was outstanding and the food even better. We were told their would be a short wait which was to be expected, but the host came over and updated us which was much appreciated. I ordered a bloody mary from the bloody mary bar. Wow, what a cool idea. They bring you infused vodka on ice and you take the glass up to the bar and create your own bloody mary. The bar had countless spices, hot sauces, vegetables and even had meats and cheeses you could add if you so desired. The food was freaking incredible. My girlfriend got chicken and waffles, the waffles had jalapeño and cheddar in them, and it came with bacon syrup. The chicken was moist and tender. My shrimp and grits were delicious. The shrimp were large and tasted so fresh, the grits were creamy and the sauce was succulent. The portion sizes of both meals were generous and that is a huge plus in my book. Lastly, our server was a pro. He was quick, attentive, and knew the menu very well. This was a slam dunk, 5 star experience all around. I will definitely be back and will bring visiting friends and family here when they are in town. I give Meat and Potatoes my highest recommendation.
