  • We got sent here by American Airlines cuz they messed up so we missed our connection to LAX. The shuttle picked us up near the taxi lineups. When we got there, there was a line of peeps from the same missed flight, on the same boat. They promptly checked us in n gave us a couple bags of toiletries, which was nice cuz my hubs' bag went ahead without him. haha, damn. One glitch: gal wrote the wrong room number on our card, which led to a lot more walking than necessary. Room is neat n comfy. Some USB outlets, one on a desk and one by the bed. Also, they've comfy n private work booths in the lobby n a pretty good restaurant that's opened till midnight. Their airport shuttle runs every hour and half hour, all day everyday. Super convenient n they help w everyone's bags.
