  • TIP-RIP-OFF! I go to Dutch Bros almost everyday. Today I was in Gilbert and stopped at this location. As usual when I went to pay for my drinks and was handed the blue I-phone to add the tip and sign for the drinks. But......this time the tip was already calculated at 18%?? The young guy at the window had entered the tip amount for me.......why? Because he thought the $ 4.50 tip he was getting for him and his crew was worth more than my business. I am not stupid or ignorant and know exactly who you are at 3:30 pm on Saturday working the pickup window...and I know exactly what you did. 4.50 tip for you, tell as many people as possible for me. Who will win?
