  • We ordered the Century Link high speed home internet service. We had an install date for Saturday. On saturday morning the tech shows up. He says he does not have any equipment to do the install, and would have to come back the following day to complete it. The following day he never showed up. To my shock and disbelief, I get a call from Centurylink today and they tell me the installer notified them that he was doing the install when we threw him out of our house because we had to go somewhere. WTF is this??!!! Absolutely rediculous!!!! Now Centurylink says they have no record of us and they kept my $100 deposit. Oh they required a $100 deposit because they said I owed them $23 from 10 years ago and I didn't even live in Vegas 10 years ago!!!! I was fighting on the phone with them for 2hrs 30 mins today. Now a month later Im getting bills from them! A total nightmare!!!!
