  • This store provided me with one of the worst experiences at retail I had ever had. I went in to the store hoping to have my phone replaced as it had a manufacturer defect. Of course this may sound unreasonable to some, however 4 of my close friends had achieved the same thing in the past few weeks. Not only did I not receive a new phone, but I was bounced around by multiple employees who all gave me terrible excuses for why I was not getting the same deal that my friends had gotten. They tried to get me to take part in a repair program, but they had no loan phones on hand, so said they would call me when they did. I never received a call.
