  • After the experience i received at the cheyenne location i will forever be coming to this location. Even though all these are MY own personal experiences at these dispensaries, i do think its important we weed out the people who dont enjoy working at these places right? because at the end of the day were all in this industry for a reason and its certainly not fun when someone comes to these dispensaries for a fun new exsperience and gets a shitty one due to the fact that someone just doesnt enjoy their job. Anyways upon my quest for MATRIX grown dos-si-dos i walked into thrive(chey location) this was my second time at this dispensary because i usually go to acres i never run into any problems or trouble their with anything the staff, product, nothing. So I decided to give them(thrive) another try. Walking in a short skinny man with thin framed glasses and brown hair greeted us but didnt say his name.i asked him if he had do si dos and he said no i think so were all out. So i said okay, i tried to ask him about other strains but he literally just walked away from me as if he never greeted me at all i was super confused. So then another gentlemen was nice enough to kinda catch what was going on and decided to step in and assist and also apologized for the guy before him. this guy was way taller bigger build and wore glasses as well with darker hair, but he didnt seem to thrilled to help me and my gf out either i literally felt like i was bothering him asking to see diff strains. Never once looked at us really when speaking he kept looking off into the distance as if he wanted to be some where else i dont really know all i know is this was by far the weirdest and kinda rudest encounter ive had at any dispensary in town. So ultimately my gf and i walked out not buying anything from this thrive location. We went to the other location on commerce and aside from all the construction on the roadways this is the BETTER location. Better staff, better customer service and better buds. The manager was wonderful and helped us right away. Its actually wayyyyyy bigger as well. Chill and the parking lot is bigger. Try and avoid the chey location horrible bud tenders. Other than luke. I Wish luke worked at the commerce location amazing kid who knows his stuff. I highly recommend the do si dos and sin min cookies.
