I'm selecting 4 stars on this review since I didn't actually buy any services at this dealership and it was rated 4 stars at the time of this review.
I attempted to book my $20,000 bike into the service department, but what I experienced on the phone was a disaster, the person answering the phone was barely readable, he sounded like he was in the middle of a field speaking through a paper towel tube, I had to repeat myself several times and when I made a complaint about his phone, I just received a smart ass remark, not what I consider in line with a BMW service center.
I attempted to make contact with the GM, but I was told he was in a meeting with a BMW representative.
My goal is to get the best service possible for my investment, it doesn't appear they take their role seriously, I have no intention of turning over my bike to this dealership.
