  • I was in line to pay for one item. I waited while the customer ahead of me applied for credit and was denied, used a credit card and was denied, used another credit card and was finally able to pay for his purchase. In the middle of this, the manager walked up and stood by the cashier. Neither of them acknowledged me. When I finally got to the register, I said I thought I had to wait a long time to check out and didn't understand why the manager or someone else couldn't have stepped in to help since this customer was taking so long to check out. They just looked at me and rang up my purchase. Neither the cashier nor the manager apologized for the wait or said anything besides "have a nice day". I won't go back.
