  • A primo place for a quick, affordable cut, Great Clips of Steelyard is staffed by gregarious, understanding professionals who cater to your every follicle whim with aplomb. Even under fire, these folks keep their cool. On your reviewer's last visit, an irascible client took the chair and began in on a grave, pitiless tirade concerning a military style cut that never seemed quite short enough. The stylist wielding the shears addressed the man calmly but directly, never shouting or mirroring the fiend's odd disrespectful attitude. With regard to actual cuts, the raison d'etre at hand here--let it be said that this reviewer been has never been dissatisfied. The stylists keep notes between visits so they aren't ever slicing blind. They get you in a chair within ten to fifteen minutes on average (though the modest waiting area does fill up on occasion, particularly on the mysterious but infinitely thrifty $6 cut days), and ask detailed questions about your requested do, then do their very best to accommodate. Your reviewer has sat for every stylist and each injected their own witty banter as they buzzed and chopped at my bedraggled locks. You'll be in good hands if you stop in for a visit.
