I come to Casbah annually for my birthday. The Big Burrito company gives out a free entree for your birthday to any of its restaurants of you sign up on their mailing list.
This year I went with the salmon. It was the first time I was asked how I wanted it cooked. I took the server's suggestion and went with medium well. It was a little pink but not dry. It was served over a bed of greens and carrots. I also ordered the calamari. I think I likes that the best. It was peppery and it had a great kick. The bread and butter dip the serve at the beginning is also really good.
