Around 730 on Saturday (August 22), I was proceeding to pay for desserts when I slipped. Witnesses thought I cracked my knee. We went to tell the cashier. All she could do was add that "wet floor" sign.
I am very disappointed at Whole Foods. I thought it would be more prudent in its care of the store. I never expected that a slice of peach would be in the middle of the floor for customers to slip on. Afterwards, the manager in charge just took my contact down and get testament from another customer saying "I thought she would fall hard and crack her knees the way she slipped." When I proceeded to leave, I was just given some ice without remorse from management of the incident.
It is truly poor customer service. It has been three days since I wrote a complaint and have not heard an apology from Whole Foods.
