  • Well... They have never got it together!! This is a place that treats you as dirty as the apartment they rent you. The women in the office are liars and thieves. They have no idea how to run this business and should be kicked to the gutter where they belong. They stole my money just like another renter told me they would the first day I moved in. I was warned several times about how bad this place was and I never listened. Now all I can do is warn y'all to stay away from this parasite, leach infested place they call the rio santa fe apartments. This is a picture of the bathtub the day we moved in. Mold everywhere. I've been trying to sue them but somehow they keep avoiding being served. No worries though, I Won't Give Up.
