| - I made my appointment online and indicated to Karla that the reason why I was there was just to fill the gap between my lashes. That I still have lots of lashes remaining and just wanted to fill in the spaces in between. I bought the Fill Plus - Lash Artist for an hour and half. I indicated to her what I was looking for and what was my expectations. An hour and a half later, she indicated that I was done and handed me the mirror. I told her that it is just the same thing as when i came in, that nothing has changed and the gaps between lashes still there. Karla indicated that next time, I have to do the featherize lashes and the reason why she was not able to do what I asked her was because I have a lot of baby lashes. I was not happy on the services she provided, since if I knew from the beginning that the regular fill plus will not work, i should have ask for featherize one if I was inform before hand. It was very disappointing. I have been your customer from the Rainbow location and I was the first group of customers that moved to Henderson when you first open. You have to do more training to your Lash Artist, lots of times, the Apprentice ladies, do better jobs than the supposedly "professional artist".
This is my second time with her. The first was done last month, and I was set or scheduled to do Fill Regular-Lash Artist and she told me that Fill Plus will be better for me to have. I was not thinking about the price difference and I was not informed the difference on the pricing. Anyway, i paid the that amount for the Fill Plus. Bottom line is, your employees or Lash Artist has to inform the customer on any price difference once the customer agreed. I don't remember about the services she provided, since I was busy that day and was leaving out of town the next morning.
I am so disappointed with my last two appointments at your place.
