  • I came back to Charlotte in June and stayed at the Hilton Charlotte City Center. Excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived the staff was courteous and always asking about how they could make my stay better. The weekend I was there they were doing some renovations on floors above mine. The noise made impossible for me to take a nap, but there was really nothing that could be done about that. It has to get done at sometime. I would stay at this Hilton again if I were in Charlotte for business.
