Conn's is a Con-Artist! Perfect name for a shady company that "con's" you into early delivery! Vicki the store manager coerced me into taking delivery and setting up installation 3 weeks later. I guess she needed to meet her store quota or her commission. Now the microwave vent is wrong and needs to be in the back and not on the top. I am told by everyone from customer service to the store manager that there is nothing they can do!!!! Conn's sucks! I'm sure you will be closing your doors and I personally will be happy to see it happen. No one there care from the bottom to the top in the company. Look at all of the reviews on Google and Yelp. Every location is a 2 star or less. Do not buy from this company! You will be so sorry you did. Shady practices, shady employees, shady delivery, shady installation, shady store manager named Vicki. All shady! All of you suck!!!!!!
I wanted to update my review. After fuming all night over the stupidity of this place and its "sub-contracted" installers, I call Conn's to file a formal complaint. It is at this point that I find out that microwave ovens are universal. All you do is switch the fan inside from top to rear mount. You would think an installer would know this!!! Conn's must hire the stupidest people on the planet. The installer was telling me I had to return the microwave because he was too lazy to spend 20 minutes installing the fan from top the back. Of course Conn's does not take returns of any kind EVEN IF BRAND NEW AND STILL IN THE BOX!!!!! The installer even called his area manager and the area manager didn't even tell him that the fan can be moved from top to rear!!! How stupid are these people??? And why is that guy an area manager? He is even stupider than the installer!!!!! Bottom line here is Conn's sucks! They will always Suck! They have shady practices and shadier customer service!!!!!! This was my second large purchase and I will never ever buy from Conn-artist again. I am filing a complaint with the BBB (not that they will help either).
