rev:text	I fucking hate their service department!!!!! The absolute worse. Purchased my brand new Jeep Cherokee from here, and that was the last of any decent experience from this dealership. Every time I come in to get an oil change or anything done in the service department, I am never simply greeted. I sit there in my car watching everyone engaging in conversations amongst themselves (employees). Had to honk my horn today just to get a hello. Previously the fatt Hispanic guy in the service department was on his phone. I said HELLO!!!! He proceeds to talk about his kids, something about school, and something I didn't give two shits about. He was making an excuse for why, once again I had to sit and wait for someone to actually work. As I'm sitting here at this very moment waiting for my oil change to be finished, I'm the last customer of the day, and this is gone longest I've ever waited. There's been a half a dozen cars before me and I've never waited this long. I told the Vincent guy to make sure their still working even though it's quitting time. I'm literally just starting at my car, with no one touching it. It's 5:45pm. Lastly the black guy who drives a white Jeep Cherokee is sitting in front of customers blasting some ghetto music with profanity in it, very unprofessional. I asked him if it was his personal vehicle to make sure he wasn't doing that in a customers vehicle. Once again I fucking hate this service department. I'm sticking with the Sahara location 20 minutes from my house instead.
