rev:text	Our 10 year old mastiff became very ill very quickly overnight. I knew from previous experience if I took her to Midwestern she would get the best of care. The staff met us at the door with a gurney and helped transfer our baby ...which was no easy task as she was unable to move . She was quickly triaged and within a few minutes we were speaking with Dr. Sender and 2 of his students. Dr. Sender was thorough, and professional, competent and compassionate. Dr. Sender and his students took there time and explained everything to us , we never felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience .... but all was presented matter of factly . Our girl had come to the end of her life, and we made the decision to let her go with dignity . The staff could not have been more compassionate and her end was dealt with utmost respect and dignity. It was not easy for us, but we were not alone as Dr. Sender and the students and staff were excellent . Cost is always a concern at a Vet appt. but being a school there prices are more than reasonable ...and we are thankful for that .
