  • This place has some cool modern furniture but the positives completely end there. I ordered almost $5000 to re-furnish my living room. I was told that they needed to order the couch and it would be 6 to 8 weeks. In the mean time I picked up a chair and bar stools. When I got to the warehouse to pick it up they never send over a work-order like Dante said he would when I left the store. They faxed one over after I called them standing in the warehouse. When I opened the bar stools I noticed some scratches that were poorly attempted to be covered with a brown marker. I called that day and they said they will send me new stools. Weeks went buy and heard nothing. Called back a few weeks later and the associate said they don't have any in the warehouse and will have to order them. Waited another few weeks and nothing. THIS HAPPENED 5 TIMES!! Each time I was told they are on the way. Eventually I went into the store to talk to the manager. He said that the delivery guys tried to call me a week ago and I didn't answer. They never left a message, never followed up to reschedule. Nothing. When I asked for some type of compensation for all the trouble and work I have had to put into this I was offered $50 off when I spend a hundred or more... Absolutely insulting I will never spend another dollar in this store. The customer service is a joke. They will ALL tell you that they will do something for you just to completely blow you off. The manager is pathetic at handling any type of situation that comes up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!
