  • Love love love this place! This little preserve shop is a gem in the Roncy area, totally recommend it to anyone who is taking a stroll. It was a nice mild winter day and the sun was out, so my gf and I decided to walk down Roncy and we stumbled upon this spot. Lot's of amazing stuff like Strawberry Rhubarb Jelly, Birch Syrup, In house made Stocks and Soups and DUCK FAT!!!!!... yes.. let me say that again..... DUCK FAT!!!!! Very friendly service, with tons of knowledge of their product and you can often find them experimenting with new ideas and they are always happy to sample some of their delicious inventory. You can find Stasis Preserves at the Mercantile and the St Lawrence Market, so be sure to pick them up!
