  • My entire order was not freshly made, my pizza looked like it has been sitting in its box for literally hours, the boneless wings were cold and the bread sticks were hard as rocks. When I called to complain, I was told my new order would take close to an hour to make, clearly a tactic used to discourage consumers for going to get a new order. Then I was immediately offered a credit for this order. Honestly, if the quality of your food will be same as it was tonight, you can keep your credit. This was my first time coming to this location since I moved here to Surprise. Unfortunately, it may very well be my last.
