  • Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seated in a chair (after being told they were running "about 5 minutes behind"). Was about to leave and go somewhere else when they sat me. Sat in the pedi chair for another 5-10 minutes before someone came to start my feet. She was rushed and cut my skin while cleaning up my cuticles. Meanwhile, there was a fiasco in the waiting area. Three people that had appointments after me were all frustrated because they still hadn't been helped. Two of them left. My nail tech left to help someone pay. Didn't take her gloves off or change them and came back using the same gloves. Toe still bleeding. And I have bubbles in my polish. Never will I come here again.
