  • So today I found out our rent is going up 150 dollars?? thats insane you have yet to fix my fan i asked for since last time i signed my lease, your new AC units you put in dont even cool the place under 78 degrees, I havent had a parking space due to construction for 3 months so my car gets covered in bird crap every day. OUR laundry facility is now shut down and we have to use the laundry mat and NOW YOU WANT ME TO PAY YOU 150 more a month!!! i dont know what show your trying to run here with your crap renovations, but this place is a dump at las palmas and now your charging more for it NO ONE MOVE IN HERE ITS CRAP they do nothing for tenants service calls take weeks to get done, if you like airconditioning well move elsewhere it dont work here , they changed the lease breaking fee from one month rent to pro rated per 3 months, to make it worse on tenants rent is now late 3 days earlier we used to have till the 5th now only the 2nd, they refuse to do anything to fix the temperature issues . the fancy photos they try and show are NOT what you rent, they have some demo units that they try and get even more money out of , in the end they are just cover ups of the DUMP this place really is. Why dont you try helping tenants out instead of raising rents and forcing people to leave. stout management runs the place to the ground, bring back the old management at least the upragraded my ac to a working unit vs this new CRAP one they put in.. RUN FAR AWAY from here,, also heard bottom floor units are full with bugs im lucky they dont effect mine but many of my neighbors complain.. Plus the neighborhood is terrible security is terrible... IF stop one person from renting here with this review I did my job!! Please dont do it.. im stuck here till my lease is up since ill be buying a home but belive me you can do way better for the same or less money..
