  • I would give this place zero stars if I could. We parked at this lot on Oct 2-5th. Upon return, my husband saw that our car had been hit by their shuttle while parked. The red paint and tire marks obvious, they left a note on our windshield acknowledging the damage. My husband spoke to the manager on duty, who promised to make it tight. After calling them twice more, they told us to get two repair estimates and send them in. We obtained these estimates the next day. The manager promised to call back last Friday; we never heard from him. So far, we have sent in both estimates, left several voice messages with no return call. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the news media.
