  • I was going to rent here until I saw the reviews and ROACHES in my friends apartment (who lives in sunset cove)! They were all over the wall in a corner of the room. I saw a comment on how the manager said "it's Vegas , roaches are everywhere." UM NO! I've lived In Vegas for 15 years and I have not dealt with roaches since! My apartment on the same side of town has no NO roaches! The manager is very condescending, I even got into an argument with her rude unhelpful ass! STAY AWAY!
