  • There customer service is subpar. Once you purchase the vehicle they don't provide you any information. I mean can they really not look up when your payment is due or what your acct # is... this doesn't make any since to me.I think they could spend a little more time making sure that you have all the information to be successful. Also, I requested to speak to a manger and I am certain they just directed to me somebody on the floor... asked a couple times if I was speaking to a manager and the only response was how can I help you, over and over again. This will be my last car through them.
