  • My grandmother has been released prematurely twice and had to return within 24 hours in a critical condition. Staff is inconsistent and has no clue what previous shift has or has not done. I will transport my Grandmother to Bozwell in Sun City tonight so that she can have courteous and professional care. Horrible facility and uneducated staff. took them 3 days to decide my grandmother had been dehydrated. I had to suggest checking for a UTI on a previous visit which as it turned out she did actually have. Good luck to those patients that have no alternative. I feel urgent care center might be better
