I moved to the area a year ago with a 1998 Toyota Corolla, not knowing any repair shops I brought it to the Toyota dealership. From the first experience to the most recent experience has been wonderful. I have been used the same service manager every time I've gone in.
Rick Emerson has always been straight forward with me. Every time I have gotten a quote on a repair elsewhere the quote Rick has given me has either been less or very close to the same price. He is very friendly with a dry sense of humor.
About my most recent experience: Someone broke into my car and stole my very cheap CD player, and in the process ripped out my center console and disconnecting some of my wires and vent tubes. My insurance sent me elsewhere to get everything reconnected. During the time that my car was at the other repair shop my door handle got broken. I asked what had happened and they claimed that it was broken when they got the car and refused to fix it without me paying. They said they would fix it but I would have to $50 for the part and they would not charge me for labor. I thought the price was a little extreme so I called Rick and had him check the price. He quoted me for the part at $32.97, and he offered to have me come in at any time and he would install the part for free. Needless to say I had Rick do it.
Bottom line: I have had great experiences with the service department and parts department. When I am ready to upgrade my car I will definitely be using only this dealership.
