As a rental property owner I gave these folks a try and won't be coming back. I had a microwave not working in one of my properties. The tech went to the home and said it could not be repaired but they had a refurbished unit they could install so I said go ahead. A week later I follow-up with my Tennant to find out no refurbished microwave was installed. When I inquired with My Appliance Guy they said oh we didn't have one. Never got a call telling me, or a receipt for the work performed - I was told it was left with the tenant. So I have no Idea if my credit card numb that I paid with over the phone was left with the tenant too . Asked again for a receipt still nothing. Customer service and follow-through is lacking.
