  • A few months ago I was leaving Casino Arizona around 1030 or 1100pm with my partner when she started having chest pain. I was absolutely terrified when she started grabbing her chest and started breathing funny. I told the valet attendant to call for help. Not even 2 minutes later, 2 casino EMT' s came through the doors from inside the casino. One was a small female with dark purplish hair, and the other was a very big man with glasses and lond hair pulled back. They didn't waste any time and went right to work helping my partner. They worked fast, efficiently, I could tell they knew what they were doing. They are an amazing team! When the ambulance arrived, the big guy told them exactly what had happened and my partner was loaded in the back of the ambulance so she could get to the hospital. I wish I could remember their names so I could put them on this review. I will say that the casino is very lucky to have these 2 as a team.
