  • Called Sterling Services on Monday and starting from the initial phone call, the company had the greatest customer service. We were having an issue with water running out from our shower and requested service for the same day. We received a call from Steven who let us know that he could come out later that day. When Steven arrived, he was very polite and we showed him the problem. He was very knowledgeable and immediately went about fixing the shower efficiently and effectively. I would highly recommend this company based on Steven, the initial customer service response and the quality of the work. Thank you for all your help and courteous service.
