This was my first time that I was at a Korean restaurant that does not serve roasted corn tea. Instead, they offered me black or green tea ... which was brought out as a cup of hot water with a tea bag in it. Very disappointing. Should have left right then and there. Asian place that serves tea like that can't be good.
We ordered three beef sides for our bbq. Banchan included macaroni salad (?!?) and old, soft kimchi. The meats were tender and had good flavor, but the portion sizes were so small! These were the smallest portion sizes I have ever had in a Korean bbq place. We also ordered lettuce and miso paste side ($2.50) to make bbq wraps, but what we got was celery sticks and romaine lettuce. How do you wrap romaine lettuce? In total, we spent ~$50 and left filled with mostly rice...
Service: although served relatively fast, the waiter never stopped by to ask if we need a refill (water, sides) on anything.
Considering what you get for the money spent, I do not recommend this place. And all the people giving this place five stars ... do yourself a favor, look for a better place. There are better places.
