  • This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Customer service does not mean the same thing here as it does for other companies. No one communicates; they all seem to have a harassing attitude- is this company policy? The customer should always come first; the employees' opinion should never be verbalized. I had to at one point educate an employee on renter's rights in the state of AZ. This should be common knowledge for a company of this size. I would strongly suggest looking at all your options before signing a lease with this company.
