  • I'm always nervous about taking anything remotely expensive anywhere to get fixed. Sadly, my favorite pair of YSL heels were in desperate need of new insoles, and I was forced to bite the bullet or give 'em up for good. The seasoned gentleman who greeted me was kind and to the point, quoting me a modest $20 and a 4-day turnaround. Almost couldn't believe it, but paid up and said my prayers. That Saturday, I picked up my babies to find them as good as new. These guys have obviously been at it for a while and know what they're doing. My only not-so-favorite part is payment in full before service. Not such a big deal now that I trust them to do a fantastic job.
