  • Originally when we moved in it looked like a nice place and a good neighborhood, but it's gone downhill. Moved in on Dec. 15th and we were told the pool, fitness center, and business center would all be open in February, March at the latest and here it is May 12th and still not open. The signs posted say "Dec.5-9 pool will be closed for maintenance". No updated signs as to when they will be open and when I emailed the office in April they said they would get it updated but that they have no way of knowing when things will be finished. Very frustrating as I pay over $1000/ month in rent for a one bedroom apartment and zero amenities. When you move into an apartment building and pay such high rent the amenities should be available for use. Overall, I would not recommend living here.
