  • I honestly don't believe there is a better consignment store in the Pittsburgh area. The Clothes Horse is AMAZING! I find something every time I go and end up wanting to go back again to see what's new the next week. Judy, the owner, is a real sweetheart and so is Amy, her employee. She truly loves her store and makes everyone who enters feel like they are a new friend. The store is full of quality, name brand items that are all "like" new or new, nothing ever shabby. The brands are all nice, higher end and the prices are reasonable so you really feel like you never need to shop retail again. Can't say enough about the Clothes Horse - LOVE IT!
