  • I tired messaging them privately and they did not respond so i am putting them on blast here. You asked for this. I wish there was a 0 star. I have been visiting their spa for the past two years and have probably given them maybe more then $7-$10,000 worth of business. I always accommodated when their appointments were delayed 2 - 3 hours for me while they took other people WHEN WE WERE ALWAYS ON TIME (FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS). But today, I have had enough. I was booked for July 1st 2016 at 3pm and I asked at least 5 (FIVE) times if this spa were open on July 1st 2016 and i was told yes (the lady who told me this was Miu) that they were open. No one called me back to tell me that they will be closed that day and no one called me to re-schedule. It was when i called the spa this morning to confirm my appointment that i found out that my appointment doesn't even exist. I am really upset because this isn't the first time that this has happened. Every time we try to book an appointment, it is very difficult to get through to the convoluted front desk and the front staff (Her name is Victoria) is incredibly rude. I politely asked if they were able to book me for something today and they did. I was able to get a spot for 5pm (according to their front desk). I left my home at: 3:30PM and the traffic was horrible since there is no toll free highway near that area and it is close to the time when all offices close and the long weekend is about to start. When we finally got there She comes out giving me attitude that there is nothing that they can do and told me to go back to where we came from. SERIOUSLY? I have tolerated when they made me wait for 2-3 hours when I use to come on time(AND THAT TOO FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS)!!!!! I have been ACCOMMODATING THEIR NASTY ATTITUDE that for the past two years! Today I had enough because of Victoria's nasty attitude! She didn't even look at me when we were talking and was rolling eyes AND WAS TALKING NASTILY. Furthermore they were incredibly racist as they started speaking in their language to each other when i was talking to them and were ignoring what i was saying. When i get there, they often tell me to step aside so they can help others instead. Incredibly racist and incredibly nasty front desk lady. I have had enough of their nastiness! DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!
