  • My husband and I used Don for our inspection today. He was polite and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. He walked me through each picture he took in detail and explained what everything meant. I really appreciated that he wasn't overly dramatic about any issues but rather realistic and straight forward. Due to a hang up at work, my husband arrived late to the inspection. Don assured me that we could wait for him to arrive. He then took the time to go through the entire inspection AGAIN when my husband arrived. He also made a point to say hello to, and get a smile out of my one year old daughter. Don did everything we asked, answered every question, and had a report to us before we even got home! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their home inspected!
