Agents are evasive and incompetent, sold me incompatible equipment two times.
Old Asian lady on checkout was rude and tried to play dumb, when I asked about return policy.
Quality of goods:
$800 notebook failed after 40 days (SSD drive died), the store referred me to vendor and Samsung repair shop said 'it's out of warranty'.
It was a good store for computer geeks several years ago, but now it's just a poor version of Futureshop. For good buying experience and owners' saisfaction look elsewhere.
