Extremely disappointed in their customer service. The sales representative, Carrie Dixon, was very slow and getting a quote, over 2.5 weeks and is even worse when it comes to responding to emails and follow up. As a customer, we feel like we are begging her to spend our $16,000 to remodel our closet. There's too much competition to settle for poor customer service. I wouldn't waste my time giving this company a call or getting a quote. Unbelievable! I'm still shaking my head.
