  • I was the only person there and it took me almost 45 minutes to get my rental. They tried to show me different cars trying to upgrade me. When I finally got in the car and on my way only to realize that they did not give me the navigation system I had reserved. The car that I ended up getting had to be vacuumed which made it take even longer. After I called back telling them I did not get the GPS they told me I could bring it back for the car I was supposed to have but didn't because someone smoked in it. They wanted to give me a car that stunk like smoke to take my family in. No thanks. I won't ever give this location my business again.
