  • I've been here twice for a facial now and my experience varied both times - I think it depends on the esthetician. The first time was slightly disappointing - I was upsold to a facial treatment more expensive than the one I had already paid for, but the treatment itself didn't seem to be much different from the original one I had planned. She also sort of disappeared for what seemed like forever, without saying anything. In the end I was given a mask to take home and use myself, because she ran out of time. I sort of mentioned my displeasure at the counter while I was paying, but I didn't get much of a response. Despite that not so great experience, I decided to give it another shot. This time I booked with Tatiana, and she was amazing. She has magic hands, and I wish the facial could have gone on longer than an hour. It's also the first time my skin wasn't super red after a facial, but still felt as clean. I'm sure there are other great estheticians, but given my first experience I'm not going to take any chances and will just stick to her!
