  • Well you better believe it! I don't have any messages from you, Loretta. I know I never spoke with you. My head is RUINED & so was my vacation. The worst job ever! Who dry cuts hair anyways before coloring? Everyone in your salon saw me turn 3 shades of red and was in extreme pain. Other clients were shocked as were other stylists! Jon ruined my hair and had the nerve to blame me because of my career choice. He walked away to talk about motorcycles while applying bleach to my scalp. It was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had at a salon/spa! I posted screenshot of his coworker agreeing that I was tortured and that never should've happened to me. Then she was told by you to stop speaking to me, so you could cover your own butt! Never gave my money back despite my SEVERAL requests for money back IN FULL!
