  • I had previously brought my daughter here and we had to wait, but the doctor was great. I went here on a later date after not being able to get into my primary, after weeks of being very ill. As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff was very off-putting. She asked how she could help me. I replied, "I would like to be seen by a doctor". She asked what insurance I had. I told her. She informed me that they didn't accept it. I asked as of when, because I had just brought my daughter here. She replied, "as of now". I looked at her incredulously. She then replied "as of this month". I could have pointed out that I have a point of service plan and can see any doctor I want, I just have to pay extra, which I would have done as awful as I felt, but because she was such a rude person, I walked out. Dear doctors: you are only as good as your office staff. This was on 4/26/2016 around 7 pm, so you know who was staffing the desk at the time.
