  • We chose Avanti by the referral of our neighbors one of which is an architect. Soooooo glad we did! Jorn the designer is super nice. He came out one morning and measured and sat with me and drew out designs that I tried to explain to him. He did a fabulous job. He even drew out a second drawing slightly different and explained that we could come into the shop and choose which style of frost design/glass we wanted. Replacing our front doors to something more mid-century modern was the icing on the remodeling cake. We had our front door that was a single with double side glass removed and made into two large doors. I honestly was sooooo impressed with Jorn I had him design our other three exterior doors right there on the spot and he drew those out also. The total for all the doors was about the price I had estimated and was impressed again. Next we are replacing all of our interior doors with custom ones and I can't wait to design those! My only reason of not giving five stars is that the 36" brushed metal sets of handles were not the ones I had in mind with the design. They tried to locate the ones I wanted and found some 22" chrome not brushed. Nope. So another week of trying I just told them I would special order what I wanted. So we had to deal with the ugly pole like ones that they had on there temp until I special ordered the ones I wanted online, three weeks later.....lol. They came back and installed the ones I ordered for free and refunded the cost of the ones they had installed! Side note: I was pleasantly surprised at the prices of their locks and accessories. They were waaaaay under cost of what I had researched prior to Jorn coming out. See pic, can't remember brand names.
