  • A wonderful group to work with when looking for your perfect home. Saw recommendations for this group on Yelp. We are not from this area, so had no idea where to start. Sent email and was contacted promptly by Steven James. Spoke with him for 20-30 minutes. He followed up within the day with an email showing listings based on our conversation. We actually had no plans to visit Scottsdale till end of 2015, but after looking at listings, moved our visit up to May/June. Steven was absolutely the best agent we have ever worked with in home searching. He was extremely knowledgable about the areas, what they had to offer and paid attention to details when viewing the different houses. He was always quick to respond to texts and emails. If we had a question, he had the answer. We are now homeowners in Scottsdale, very happy with choice, and pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was in purchasing our new home. Applause, applause to Steven James and The Hill Group for a most pleasant experience.
