  • I hate it. So far my stay has been horrible. There is a lack of communication between the staff and guests. There is a lack of information for the guests and lack of care from employees. I will never in my life come back to the Rio. Pick a different hotel, trust me. Unless you like being disappointed in which case the Rio is for you. Ghost town, not enough servers and overall did not like the way I was treated. The Rio sucks.
