We have a warranty on our A/C units from Chas Roberts so have to rely on them for service or else the warranty will be voided. There have been numerous problems and in the past they've come out, eventually. Last night we called them 4 times and never got a return call. Today Theresa called at 6:30 am to say they could probably come out sometime between 7 pm & midnight... this evening. After being up late waiting for their return call, I wish they would've waited until 8 am to call. Did we really need to know at 6 am that they might be out in 13-18 hours?
