rev:text	Meh, a very average experience. I came for the Pho and the place was packed at 1:30pm. I met two other yelpers who also came to try the place so the three of us sat together so we could be seated quicker. Once we did seat, it was 15 or 20 minutes before someone stopped by to take our order. We did it on two tickets. I got the special pork sandwich, and the Beef & Flank Pho to which I had shrimp added to. My companions had the seafood soup and spring roll appetizer. Another long wait and then I got my food, but only me. I was half way into my food when my companions got there's - which was after another table which was seated and had ordered after us. The appetizer came out at the same time as the soup. My Pho was pretty bland. I unscrewed the salt shaker and dumped mass salt into mine. Still pretty flavorless. It had white onion in it and a side plate with bean sprouts, fresh basil, slices of lime, and one piece of a pepper, looked like Jalapeño, which I should have thrown in my soup. Even the sandwich, which was tender and inexpensive - had very little flavor. Not the Vietnamese sandwiches I remember which were spicy. My companions' soup was much more flavorful, though the sweet and sour overpowered any seafood flavor. My companions spent a lot of time weeding out bones from the catfish in the soup. Also not my first choice of fish for a broth since Catfish can be a little strong being a bottom feeder. I should have chosen a spicy soup I suppose. Not bad food, but tasted pretty mediocre to me. I think I'll switch back to Japanese Udon which is packed with vegetables and flavor.
