Pick a soup base ranging from $4-$7 but seafood is more. then you can order ur choice of meat with the waiter, and lastly pick your choice of small plates on the conveyer belts (color coding plates) and enjoy.
We were sated at the bar which I felt was a bit tight in space, can't move around too much. We decided to order soup base of ying yang but was told can't do it at the bar, so we asked to be moved to bigger table but will be charged 3 times the amount listed in the menu. Ridiculous! We weren't even told there were dipping sauce for us to chose from the sauce station, even the person next to us didn't know about it. First time here, gotta inform us of such! Felt that the conveyer belt is lacking green veggies. Was told that Soup base was cooked for hours with chicken bones and other bones with no MSG and has lots of Chinese herbs. The host girl went around and asked if the soup has any flavors and I told her it was bland, but I drink the soup at the end of my meal, it has better flavor and sweet too , good!. So taste the soup at the end not beginning. Price was a bit steep for the pocket on a regular bases . I will only come on special occasions and they need to work out all the kinks as mentioned.
